St Petersburg Russia - part 3

What a magnificent spectacle! We were powering very slowly amongst boats of all types and sizes and they were all there to see the lifting of the Drawbridges. The idea was to get somewhere near the front and wait for the red light to turn green and let us pass. The Palace Bridge opened at 1:10pm.
